Open Architecture Open Urbanism

Creating inspiring architecture and urban development is something we do together. We devise solutions and improve the city together with users, clients and construction partners. Together we write stories in which we connect the past, present and future.

The power of the past for the future

Working on the existing city tells us a lot about what you can achieve with design and buildings.  Our successful transformations and refurbishments taught us to create robust built environments that can facilitate new programs in the future. The only certainty is constant change. We seek to take the initiative. In today’s dynamic reality we see opportunities for new ways of living together and innovative construction.

Meaningful space

We design environments that are of value, they are logical and meaningful. We strive to make room for the unnamed and leave room for people’s own imaginations. Our urban- and architectural designs are open to change, to people’s own or different interpretations, and to interpretation of residents, users, visitors or passers-by.

Combining brainwork and vigour

We create solutions that are future-proof in the broadest sense. A harmonious embedding in the (urban) landscape should be self-evident. With smart organization, knowledge of feasibility, responsible use of materials and energy-efficient concepts, we create a built environment that is ready for the future. New applications in BIM and AI help us envision, imagine and engineer this world.
